What types of products do you offer?
We offer assortment of jewellery such as earrings, bracelets, necklaces, hair combs, rosaries etc.
Are all your products handmade?
All of our products are handmade, and every single piece passed through our hands.
What materials do you use in your jewelry?
We use stainless steel, assortment of polished glass, crystals and precious stones.
Do you offer custom or personalized jewelry?
We offer engraved jewellery and personalised rosaries.
Are all pieces truly unique?
Every piece is one of a kind or made in very small series.
Orders and Shipping
How do I place an order?
You can place an order by adding the item to cart and following from there.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes.
What are your shipping rates?
The shipping for Croatia is free if choosing BoxNow, 7€ if choosing GLS. International shipping is 13€.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Ideally between 3-5 days for Croatia and up to 20 days international, starting with the day the items were shipped.
Can I track my order?
Yes.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Maestro, MasterCard, Diners and Visa Gold.

Do you offer gift cards or vouchers?
We offer gift cards.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
If returned, items must be unopened and sealed- exactly like you have received them. Unsealed items won’t be accepted as a return.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Items must be returned via GLS parcel service. All expenses are paid by the customer.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Such scenario is unlikely, and in case that happens, you should take picture of the box exactly as you received it. If the box is damaged, do not accept the item.
Care and Maintenance
How should I care for my jewelry?
Your jewellery should be the last thing you put on, and the first thing you take of. You shouldn’t spray it with perfume or put it on right after applying lotions. It should be taken of during exercise.
Can I wear my jewelry in water?
We do not recommend that. It should be taken of before showers and swimming.
What should I do if my jewelry breaks?
You can always visit us in Maksimirska 21, and we will gladly fix it, or you can send it to us to be fixed at your own expense.
Custom Orders
How do I request a custom piece?
All items that can be personalised offer such an option. If you had something else in mind, you can always contact us at info@meteoraunique.com.
How long does it take to create a custom order?
Custom orders take up to 3 days max.
Can I make changes to my custom order after it has been placed?
No.
Additional Services
Do you offer repairs for your jewelry?
We offer repairs at Maksimirska 21, with the proof of purchase and an original box.
